Amazing move in experience
There were a lot of challenges and changes along the way , but luckily we had Elizabeth. She was absolutely amazing, kind, and patient with me thru the many phone calls. She made the process easy and smooth. Love the new apartment.

Great Community in Greenville
We love living at Velo Verdae! It has an awesome location, it's quiet & clean, the maintenance staff are exceptional and tend to any needs immediately, and the front staff are wonderful! They also have a great amenity center and often host events that are fun for all ages.

Velo Is the Best

The right fit
We have been searching for a two bedroom apartment within 15 miles of downtown Greenville under 1900 a month. Velo verdae seems to be the exact location we have been looking for. 1100+ square feet, fiber internet package, (vallet) trash, water, sewage bundled in there package. Lots of lighting in the rooms, walk in closet, spacious bathroom and bedroom, big kitchen with an island, etc…
We toured the apartment and complex with Elizabeth who was extremely helpful and patient with our questions.... We thank Elizabeth for her professionalism and listening intently and addressing our concerns and needs for the apartment.
