Velo Verdae is amazing! Apartments are clean and spacious. Wood floors and granite countertops are awesome. Maintenance responds quickly and takes care of any problems. Location is incredible as well, with lots of greenery and almost direct access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The pool is huge and the gym has enough to be very convenient. However I do wish there was a little bit more parking spaces. Overall I cannot recommend Velo enough!

Velo Verdae checks ALL the boxes
We are in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath with a balcony and a garage! There is a car care station where you can wash your car and vacuum it. What 'sealed the deal' is that Velo Verdae is pet-friendly! There are clean-up stations throughout the neighborhood. Also, they have a dog park with a pet washing station. Highly Recommend.

Recently moved in and had a great experience. Manager came out and introduced herself and made sure if I needed anything. Staff seems really nice. Property is well maintained.

Love this community
I absolutely love living in this community! The location is incredibly convenient, and the surrounding nature adds such a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere.
