Fairly safe and clean community, for the price. Good square footage for the price. The management seems decent too.

The main issue is that upon move in we had to do a ton cleaning and fixing up the apartment. They had told us that between tenants they painted the apartments, but that clearly had not been done before moving in. There are stuff marks and stains on the walls (and tobacco stains on the ceilings). Which brings me to terrible smell in the apartment. anytime you need anything they get it done. it’s a clean apartment complex. it’s also a good thing that they like celebrating holidays with the Community.

First of all, the ladies in the office are fantastic. They are very helpful and explain everything and walk you through it all. I'm new to the area but I lived here before and it's way better now staff and great choices. It's very quiet and peaceful and everybody is super nice. I think I'm gonna really like it here

Moving in so many things were broken and not fixed, they still aren’t fixed. The ac has been broken since I moved in and it still is. I put work orders in and things still didn’t my get finished fixed. Rent is to high to have theses problems.

The location is great, very convenient to major roads and shopping. The community lacks green space for children to play and animals to run. Over the 4 years I’ve lived here the trash compactor has broken down several times and there was no communication on the expected time to repair. Property has changed hands at least twice in 4 years.
