Great place to stay!

From the time I toured to moving in I have had nothing but a great experience. Alexis, Jennifer and William are the absolute best. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to some. It’s quiet and I couldn’t be more happier. Looking for a place to stay this is it!

Unfortunate new management

This place is beautiful…BUT the walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbors above and below you. I have written three notice complaints over the course of the year that I’ve been here and nothing has been done about it, as it is still a daily occurrence. I signed my lease renewal less than a month ago because I thought we could stay here, but we have come to the realization that the noise is just way too much we get woken up all hours of the night and the rent is out of this world. I let... management know that we will be breaking our lease and they told me I had to give 60 days notice (fine), I wouldn’t be getting my $500 security deposit back (even though the apartment is pristine shape) , AND on top of that I would have to pay 2 months of backpay during the next 60 days. I double checked my previous lease agreement and they DOUBLED the buy out fee, without giving any notice to us about this change.
This place has such potential but it’s sad that the people living here aren’t being taken care of and there are sly things being done without notice. If you are looking to lease an apartment in beautiful Indian Land, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Happy New Year

I have been in this property for almost a year, lots of changes but the apartments are very nice, they have lots of activities and the Management and staff are AWESOME!

I wanted to move to NC, but glad i'm in SC instead

It used to be better

This was a beautiful community when it first opened. Pool was always sparkling and the common area and grounds were amazing. But not now and we are being charged common area utilities and an amenity fee on top of our rent. The pool was closed most of the summer left to turn green and even now it’s an eye sore. People leave dog poop everywhere and all that
Is being done is an email is sent. This place is not worth the additional increases. Also the sound proofing between apartments top to bottom...
is terrible.

Wonderful place! Amazing staff!

We are planning to move to this community and I just want to share our beautiful experiences with them.
We did see a lot of communities, but this one is so different and special. I would start with their staff :) they are incredibly nice, warm and friendly.
We first walked into the office and met Lauren. She had such positive energy and was genuinely just real nice. She made us feel so welcome! Then we met Jasmine, she was super nice and super friendly.
The property is beautiful. It’s grounds...
are clean and sharp looking. When we walked into the apartment we were blown away at how nice it is.The apartments are new, the floor plan is well thought of as well.
We are so happy we found this place!
