Beautiful grounds, friendly people, great staff. Great atmosphere especially on the weekends by pool. Love it.

If I would market for Avana, I would say it’s a great neighborhood, but please be advised that the management told me that the appliances are old and expected to not work after several usage. However, no one told us that before signing the lease.
