Michelle at Avana Long Point is amazing! She’s super helpful and really cares about making sure everyone feels at home. The property and amenities are great, and the whole place just has a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to live!

Avana long point is A wonderful place to live location is great apartments are nice. The view is incredible Office staff Jenny and Taja Are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Recommend anybody to move here.

Avana has come a long way since I started living there. Michelle the property manager will always do anything she can to help! The maintenance crew is also really great about coming as swiftly as they can. It’s a beautiful location that is definitely worth checking out.
