I have lived in other apartments in Mount Pleasant, but Avana Long Point is my favorite! The amenities are great, move in was easy, and the layout of my apartment is excellent. Very happy here!

Friendly, clean, convenient, enjoyable place to live. Its great being close to the river if only to look at it. Beautiful pool big enough to swim laps,.

Avana has been making a lot of great improvements to the community.Maintenance staff is prompt and amazing at responding in a timely manner and completing service requests overall this is a great community to live in.
