Harlei and Skylar are phenomenal! From the first time we viewed the units and continuing on daily, every thing has been amazing! The community is growing and all of the amenities are being completed quickly! We can’t wait to see what Sea Trace becomes!

Been a easy and fast experience with the paperwork and moving in process. I enjoyed it was a new property and is dog friendly. The houses are nice and all new construction.
