I will preface that I am not a current resident, but an applicant who had a horrendous application experience and would like to warn others before they apply to this apartment. I never leave reviews, but this experience is something that needs to be shared so future applicants are aware. I came in for a tour and applied online. All of this was an easy experience and I had no issues with attentiveness around this time. Once I applied and paid the $200 in application and admin fees with a... decided move in date, I was ignored. No one responded to my calls, a lease was never sent, and I was in the dark forcing me to find another apartment. They reached out less than 24 hours before my move in date to let me know that I wouldn't even be able to move in on the date I was assured. Since I hadn't heard anything back and needed a place to live, I found another complex and moved there. The staff has ignored me for nearly a month in my request for a refund due to taking my money and never reaching back out until it was unrealistic to even expect me to still move in. If you're interested in this place, make sure to get a clear answer on when a lease will be received and understand that there is a chance that you will never even receive that lease. Not a place to go if you are looking for a place even semi close to fast. I applied with 3 weeks to move in and was ignored each day after that.

Don’t move here!
I’ve been her almost A month now, and this place is rat infested and it’s supposed to be newly renovated.. the rent is rediculous.. it’s not worth the money at all.I’ve had to many issues since I’ve been here.

Neighborhood is now trashy
I have lived in this apartment complex for over eight years, under three different management, companies, and here in June, 2023 it is by far the worst it has ever been. Management is no help resolving any issues.Loud, dirty and sketchy. You will be happier elsewhere.

It is not worth it - please don’t
I lived here for multiple years due and I am still traumatized. It was during Covid and a few years after and I just couldn’t afford to move. I was stuck. Mold everywhere. Window seal rotting out. Multiple months no AC. My unit would flood and ruin my things constantly.

Shady Business Practices
In September I began the application process, and even paid the fee to reserve the apartment ($125), but decided to go with another complex. Informed Arium of this on 9/6, was told my application was canceled as of 9/7. Never heard anything else....
Fast forward to December, I'm checking my credit report to find this AMAZING company has apparently placed me in collections over $125, (the apparent remaining balance to "process my application" which I withdrew/was told was canceled).
So, never... lived here, NEVER will live at ANY property owned by these people, so I can't speak on that, but the shady business practices? Definitely avoid these people
