The other review is far from the truth,Northside Station is a wonderful place to live,Yes there were visitors of the resident that smelled of marijuana when entering the property but that issue has been taken cared of.The Apts are spacious & secure, the staff is great.The location is great.The only cons are the laundry room & no area to play for kids on the property,which can make for running thru the halls or playing on the elevator,but that issue has gotten better as well.The machines in the... laundry room aren't the best and it's not enough for the amount of ppl in the building,no seating in the laundry room to sit & monitor your things although I have never had anything stolen.Cameras are all thru-out the building.The gym is nice, receiving mail & packages are a plus ,never had an Amazon pkg missing or stolen & they do have special boxes for that with a fee but so far I've never had to use that because of the cameras . Overall the Apts in my opinion gets a B+,would get an A but I can't reach the ceiling fan controls in my apt,too high,can't clean the ceiling fans & high vents(I'm disabled) and can't reach the high we're across from the college,a walking trail just behind the apts & a fresh market on the other side with events and fruits & veggies.Beautiful building.

Worst Apartment ever!
Moved into this building in late 2021. Everything seemed to going great. So many in the building smoke marijuana it’s ridiculous. You can’t use your AC system because it fills your apartment as well. The trash overflows frequently and it smells awful. The leasing office is closed for days at a time. It has an elevator that works 70% of the time. The hallways are dirty for days and no one cleans them. The laundry room is a joke! Parking is terrible. It feels unsafe parking in parking lot at night... because of the population of people playing loud music and smoking. Trying to get in touch with management is a second job. Can’t wait until my lease is up. Strongly thinking about terminating my lease and I don’t care about fees or deposit! DO NOT rent here. Lesson learned.
