Maintained pretty well, never had mold or pest issues, cheaper than most in the GCA but only in price, quality is better than most at the price range.

I thoroughly enjoy my home here ! The grounds are always kept , the pool area is open year round , the gym is top notch and the staff is always accessible!

My bathtub faucet is still not working properly. They were supposed to order to the parts last year and I Anything from them so I submitted another form and it’s been a couple of weeks. I have not heard anything from anyone. The dog park gate is still broken not repaired the parking lot lights quite a few of them are not working. That’s really a safety hazard for us, women walking our dogs in the evening time. I wish we could really get some help. I have lived here for a year and have had a good experience. The staff is friendly and no issues with neighbors. I have not experienced or heard of any crime in the area.

The only problem right now may not be in managements control, but the entrance has been unpaved and ridden with potholes for months now, with the exit getting flooded during heavy rains. It is one of those feelings that the cost of rent is too high to have this occurrence.

Overall, I do enjoy living here. The atmosphere and... peace of mind definitely makes it worth it. I can see the new management team making improvements during the length of my stay, so I am confident that the entrance to the complex will get done. Read More

I have lived her for about a years. Rent keeps going up but they aren’t doing anything to take care of the neighborhood. I would not recommend.
