When I moved in I was completely excited about the new home and area. The apartment is centrally located too many restaurants and major stores. The amenities are amazing from a work out room, pool and even suana. And the apartments are extremely modern and updated.
But, once here there were problems with my apartment and I knew I would either request to break my lease or be absolutely miserable for the next year. lol
What made the difference? The staff... Tina (Apartment Manager) came into... the office and immediately started working on a resolution. I had never spoken with her before, never been introduced. But she jumped in as if she had known me the entire time. She put everything aside and investigated available units to get me and my family situated comfortably, and happy with our decision to make this our home. Within 4 hours she had shifted everything completely.
I am a part of the generation that complains that customer service is a dying skill. The staff here exceeded that. They genuinely care. I know within my heart that it does not matter what apartment home I am in, they will do everything in their power (within reason of course) to fix, repair, manage, or discuss my needs. They are more to me then just the front office. They represent the epitome of what you should experience when looking for the safety and security of a home.
Trust me when I say do not pass this place by. You won't regret it.

Exceptional staff and service
Can't say enough about the staff and service. I love the property and how quiet it is at night. The staff are always upbeat and personable. Great location, great amenities in a booming area. Come see for yourself

DO NOT MOVE TO KILNSEA
They say they are a luxury apartment community. Stress all the rules and regulations. It appears I am the only one abiding by those rules. Parking is a disaster! Trash everywhere. I don’t understand how people just throw their trash on the ground. Went out today to find a used diaper by my car. Cigarettes outside my door everyday and I don’t smoke. Was told nothing on balconies only to see trash and junk piled up on balconies. I just wanted to hang outdoor curtains. Maintenance does a good job... picking up after everyone, but shouldn’t have to. Can’t go for a walk without stepping in dog poop or getting a contact high. Cars racing in and out all the time. Have watched several drug deals go down. Was not even told there was a senior building. Stuck here for a year!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Don't waste your money on this place. Luxury is no longer apart of their name for a reason. You are not guaranteed a parking spot EVEN IF YOU LIVE IN THST BUILDING, you will not have a parking a spot at all. Its a gated community, but everyone and anybody can get in through the gates. No safety at all, cars and apartments get broken into. Don't waste your money, its always something that doesn't work, and takes forever to fix. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PLACE
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MOVING TO THIS PLACE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE. If I could give this place negative stars i truly would.
If you move here you WILL smell Marijuana every single day no matter where you go within the complex, you will see drugs everywhere, you will be surrounded by ignorant drivers who speed around and don't care about your children to the point where they almost get hit. You WILL hear rap music blaring... constantly. THERE IS NO SAFETY HERE FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY and let me list below why.
Shortly after we moved in there was a SHOOTING that went down here at Kilnsea, you can google it to see with your own eyes. There are police here CONSTANTLY arresting people or coming out because of complaints.
Not too long ago someone TRIED TO COME INTO OUR APARTMENT AT NIGHT. Thank god our door was locked and we have a dog who kept barking to scare them off.
On top of all of that the day that we toured this apartment i specifically stated I DID NOT want the apartment that we looked at, they said no problem.... We came to pick up our keys and surprise they gave us the apartment I specifically stated WE DID NOT WANT. We already had everything signed and had no choice to back out.
THERE WAS GUM STUCK IN THE CARPET IN THE MASTER BEDROOM which I called multiple times to get it taken care of and it never happened (we have lived here for a year now just to put things into perspective) The cabinet doors were so loose and pretty much falling off, the handles were crooked, the light fixtures were rusted, the tubs were nasty etc...
If you call the courtesy patrol officer about a noise complaint just know NOTHING gets done about it. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL BACK. So good luck getting any sleep.
Parents here have absolutely NO CONTROL over their kids. There are kids running around knocking on peoples doors because they think its funny.
There was one Property Manager here who actually cared and she is no longer at Kilnsea. The staff here is CONSTANTLY changing. (I wonder why) This is coming from a mother who cares about the community she tries to raise her children in. PLEASE save yourself from having to go through what we had to go through here at Kilnsea.
