I enjoy the smaller footprint of this complex. Makes for a better sense of community. The property is well maintained and community events have been fun. The location is perfectly located in walking distance of anything you could possibly need.

Five stars aren’t enough! I’d give Barbara and D from The Ames office a thousand stars for their professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. They make us feel like family, even far from home. The maintenance team is just as incredible, showing up almost instantly when needed. I’m so grateful my husband chose The Ames as our home; it truly feels like a five-star resort in Summerville!

Great apartment!!! Awesome location, so close to everything you could ever need. Maintenance and staff are always willing to help and are so friendly!!!! The amenities at the Ames are 10/10, and the community events are so fun!

Great place to live! Other residents are loud and do not know how to close doors properly and allow them to be slammed shut. This goes for apartment doors and breezeway/stairway doors.
