Came to tour the Isaac and possibly apply. Upon touring when we arrived one of the front desk management’s were not very nice and not helpful at all! When touring the grounds looked as if they weren’t being kept up, parking lot looked extremely crowded as far for residential parking.. Took multiple times to get in reach with them phone/email, just unsatisfied overall!!

Beware!
We moved into The Issac in February 2022. This place has a lot of potential, but alas, it is not being managed or maintained well. Residents are out of control, not following community standards and management does nothing. Dog excrement EVERYWHERE! Dog breed restictions not adhered to! The pool has turned into a drunken free-for-all every weekend; the scent of marijuana can be found all over the complex. Smoking in the common areas and on patios is commonplace, even though clearly stated not... allowed in the lease agreement. Management does nothing, in fact people smoke at the pool, during the day when managment is within sight - nothing ever done. We have alerted managment on several occasions to flooding in our apartment during heavy rain - nothing done. They act like this is normal! Well, it is not normal for the rent that is charged! The dumpster is frequently overflowing and the trash removal service we pay for is inconsistent. Recently there has been a lot of serious crime - police called out 4 times in as many weeks! We no longer leave our apartment after dark and we do not frequent the pool out of fear. It's such a shame, bc like I said there is potential here, but a lot needs to change and no one appears to be interested in doing the work to make this place what it should be. There are a lot of places in the area to choose from, if we had it to do over again, we would NOT choose here. Can't wait for a our lease to be done!
