This is a nice place & I haven't had a problem yet. Matanence has dealt with the few small issues I have had promptly and management has been responsive. The apartment was clean when I arrived.
I would consider the atmosphere to be fairly quiet. I believe most residents are professionals who go about their business.

Amazing place to live! We live that it’s pet friendly and there’s a dog park! As well as many sidewalks and lots of room outside to run around. Amazing landlords and maintenance that get to you in a timely manor. Very clean and very well kept amenities.

Apartments are spacious! Property manager and maintenance are attentive and friendly. If we have a concern, it is taken care of promptly. We also really like the keyless entry to our apartment! Even though we don't have a pet, it's nice to know that Dakota Estates is pet friendly, should we ever want to get a pet! Lots of amenities for the tenants is another bonus!
