Apparently everyone doesn't have to pay the pet deposit or have their pet DNA tested.

If you are moving to Pierre, this is a good place to start, but I'm definitely looking at moving out soon. Ever since the... cigarette smell came about I have really disliked this apartment. All that being said, not much else to choose from when you have a pet, so you just have to put up with things you dislike if you want your pet to be a part of your family.
