This apartment complex really did a good job. I used to live at their sister property Copper Ridge and I moved from phase 1 to phase 2 and liked it so much I moved to the new property when it opened. Any new projects they have, they try to upgrade! It's so modern yet neutral so anyone's furniture will go with homey colors and great appliances. The washer and dryer are even included!!! I have never lived in an apartment that is so quiet. I never hear my next door neighbors, and I never see... anyone in the hallway, yet I know they are full! They have underground parking too so you don't have to freeze in the winter.

Not the best but not the worst
Compared to their sister complex, this one is much louder from slamming doors to constant thuds. While it could to some extent by passed as just normal noises, it’s quite intrusive for a peaceful atmosphere for sleep and work. Especially at night when you hear your neighbor dropping something or running into a wall. They have amenities that make it luxurious but honestly, if you consider peace and quiet a luxury, I’d be weary of this location….

Outstanding Service
Whatever your expectations are, I would be shocked to hear they weren't met. Nice units / amenities on site / parking. Maintenance staff, and any requests were handled promptly. The cherry on top, management staff. 5/5
