This place is great! Management is super helpful, friendly, and very responsive! Maintenance is Excellent! Usually same day response if parts are in if not next day. Very affordable and very well built. Very quiet and great neighbors to boot!

I appreciate Management because they care about the cleanliness of the buildings and complex. Maintenance always takes care of any issue within a timely manner. They care about the residents and you can't beat the price, the apartment's are the best.

The apartments are spacious with a nice, modern design in a quiet location just on the south side of Sioux Falls. Maintenance is top notch, fast and friendly. But the best part is the management. Paulette is so kind, friendly and always accommodating. I previously rented here, moved out and moved back in earlier this year and was so excited that Paulette was back as the manager. If you are looking for a new residence, Meadow Ridge is the answer!
