Hard to get any response in phone calls or emails regarding property and application process. At times get no reply at all from anyone there

Bad Change in Ownership

Avoid at all costs. Because it will cost you. Cresten took over and they are sharks. They try to nail you for every little thing and drive you out. They don't take care of basic maintenance tickets either.

Look elsewhere

Classy trailer park. Between having to keep the windows closed to keep the cigarette smoke out of Apt, the minefield of dog poo in the yard from our neighbors that never cleaned up after the constantly barking mutt, the two broken down cars with flat tires, the new property manager that didnt seem to take care of anything, the only thing nice was the day we moved out. Also the building is not sealed very well (windows were very drafty)... it cost more to heat and cool the place than my in-laws... 3000 sqft house. Speaking of utility costs... the Property Manager never submitted the form we filled out to stop our electric service like they were supposed to... so we ended up paying for an additional six days of usage that we were no longer the tenants!!!! Long story short.... avoid this place at all costs!

Love/Hate Relationship

This townhouse is ideal because of the attached garage and open space. Having two floors not only makes the space feel bigger but eliminates the apartment vibe. The storage is amazing from the closets to laundry room. All these wonderful and positive points come to a stop and at a high cost. The manager said the utilities would range from 50 to 90 dollars a month throughout the year. December to March the utilities ranged from 120-210 a month. The energy company confirmed that is the average for... these town homes. The main level with entry way, laundry and garage is 5-10 degrees colder in the winter due to poor seals and concert floors. The windows are a joke, when its a windy day or storm comes through the windows flex in and out. Using my hand, I could feel several spots of air leaks. Being lied to by the manger was the worst. Between rent and utilities alone, monthly expenses are at $1,000 for a 1 bed 1 bath. The maintenance crew doesn't complete requested tasks or repairs 100%. I would not recommend this rental to anyone. Utilities alone have broke my budget and savings.
