I can’t even begin to express frustrating it was living here. On one hand the apartments are all really nice and have been great to live in, but once you step out of your room it’s just a absolute mess. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found trash in the halls, dog pee all over the carpet on the stairs, almost stepped in dog poop outside of the building, left the apartment at night with the apartment absolutely REEKING of weed, or have had to drive through dirt and gravel in the parking lots... . On top of that, there are going to be 6 total buildings yet there’s only enough parking for 3 of them at MOST right now. Want a place to park? Get a garage or come home and find every single parking spot is taken then park on the street. But not only are the garages are poorly built and smell like wet and damaged wood, but I have come home to an open garage 20+ times and have seen the same thing happen to numerous other people. Coming home and finding out my garage that I’m paying for and everything inside had just been exposed all day is pretty ridiculous. They don’t get the trash and recycling picked up enough either, so if you want to throw something away just throw it on the ground next to the bins because they’re already full, of not overflowing with garbage. Ridiculous. So way to make good apartments, but that’s where the pros start and stop. Not to mention inconsiderate and hands off management. Can’t tell you how many times I’d talk to friends that also live at the apartment and find out they were given luxuries while we were left out on “special pricing” or common courtesies. Made it through one year and had to move out, and after we moved out and deep cleaned our apartment they still took $100 from our deposit plus an extra $60 they charged us on accident. The $60 was refunded but it still was ridiculous. Honestly, look elsewhere for an apartment. The “Lux Life” was not for us.
