They "promise" you they will give pretty much all of your deposit back. But they gave back less than $100 of the $500 for cleaning purposes. My apartment never was very dirty and I spent the 2 days before moving out dedicated to scrubbing out oven, cleaning fridge, vacuuming, etc. They will find a way to charge you for every little thing, so don't bother wasting time cleaning things out before you leave.

We offer a cleaning check list at move out, as well as a personal inspection before your move out date to make sure you know... exactly what your final charges will be or give you an opportunity to get more of your deposit back. We would welcome you to call our office and let us know what we can do to improve the move out process for our future residents.

Quiet, Cosy, Convenient
This apartment has surpassed all of my expectations of apartment living. I live in a 1 bedroom on the 4th floor. It's quiet and cosy. I never hear my neighbors which is wonderful. It is also nice and close to the interstate which makes for easy travel time to and from work or even around town. The gym, pool and theater are nice amenities.
The only complaints I have is that my garage is no where near where my apartment is located within the building. The apartment is also a little out dated... could use some fresh paint and carpet.
