The Cascades Apartments is located in Antioch, TN in the 37013 zip code.
This complex is lipstick on a pig. It looks nice but that’s it. There have been many security issues since I moved in 6 months ago. “Management” claims they stayed on property for a few nights and didn’t see any issues even though there have been a couple shootings, several car break ins, lots of vandalism and many occurrences of stolen packages. All of this in the short 6 months I’ve been here. Their solution is to let people break their lease. I think you’d be better off renting a tent from a... homeless person rather than moving here.

Worst Apartment Ever!!
If you like misery, move here. I have lived at many different places, and this is by first place I have ever experienced. Terrible, disrespectful, inconsistent, and immature management. If it was easy to move I would move out. Literally the worst place I have ever experienced. If I could give negative -20 stars I would. Please, I am begging you not to move here. You will regret.

Car break in every night
This place has no security, car window got broke into, & other car got stolen multiple times, this is not a community for kids, it’s real dangerous
