So far living here has been amazing. A quiet community within a hectic city is a rare find. The office person Jess is responsive and prompt to answer any questions and mad e getting in fast efficient and easy.

Being one of the first 4 people to move in, it has been an experience. with only 1/2 of the units finished, it was a mess at first. there was everything you could expect, mud from construction, pool not opening till last month of summer, plumbing problems etc.., but we stayed knowing it would get better. Yes it did get better, obviously we are still here, hoping that things will remain the same, really enjoy being here and would like to remain for years to come.

I have loved my time here at Ashford Villa. The apartment was just what I needed as I transitioned from selling my home to a temporary rental. It has allowed me time to search the area for another home to buy

I've been here since the opening, and I'm in my 2nd year here. I am not happy with the way things are going lately. The pool is filthy and has not been cleaned for two weeks and has a broken pump, is all I heard. There's not been any indication that it's going to be fixed. I'll add that when the place 1st opened, Tiffany was running it but she is at their new properties now. For what they are now starting people on rent here, the vibe is not good and the place feels neglected, some outside... cobwebs on light fuxtures. lampposts out, and lack of landscaping/trees in front of some units and areas that should have it. I did get service on certain maintenance issues in a relatively timely manner.Basically, the residents deserve better, especially the pool area so they can get out of their apartments and enjoy an outdoor area in a sanitary environment, whether they get in it or not.
