Beware! they will collect application and a 150 dollar “admin fee” and only send you spam

I have left countless messages during business hours to check the status of my application after spending 200 for my application and a admin fee. They will never respond to any emails, phone calls, voicemails at all but they will send you a ton of spam instead.

Look elsewhere

Lots of violence and drug use. A man stabbed his girlfriend outside my front door, the building constantly smelt like weed which obviously leaked into my home, there was a shooting here about a year ago. My car was broken into. Always very challenging to get in contact with office staff. I paid a $300 deposit and only got $88 of that back. My apartment was in perfect condition when I moved out. This complex has lots of structural issues and any time there’s an issue, they think slapping a... bandaid on the problem solves this issue... They have raised the prices of rent to outrageous amounts for the location and conditions of the units. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone that’s looking for peace and quiet or a place to feel safe...

Insolent Staff and Poor Hygiene

You should avoid this place at all costs. If you have an option to live in your car, you should choose that instead, you'd be safer and more comfortable.

We had several issues with the smell of narcotics, and dealers on site. The office were not willing to try and work with CPD to solve this issue. Instead, they chose to be complicit and ignore the problem.

Dog waste was left in the hallways for up to 7 weeks at a time, regardless of multiple reports being made. Hygiene is clearly not a...
priority here.

Security deposits were retained in large portion despite leaving the apartment practically spotless. This is just another example of the management being more interested in your money, than you personally.

rip off

If you like living with people that smoke weed and makes your apartment smell like you do, be loud like there is a party, people smoking at the entrance to the apartment building And just throwing the butts on the ground, seeing roaches at night on the stairs, the high risk of someone breaking into your car, and an apartment that won't do anything about it but Raise your rent, then this is the place for you. Otherwise go spend 800 a month on a 2 bedroom somewhere else. This place is only worth... 500 at best but charge like they are the best place to be.
