Dog waste was left in the hallways for up to 7 weeks at a time, regardless of multiple reports being made. Hygiene is clearly not a... priority here.

If you like living with people that smoke weed and makes your apartment smell like you do, be loud like there is a party, people smoking at the entrance to the apartment building And just throwing the butts on the ground, seeing roaches at night on the stairs, the high risk of someone breaking into your car, and an apartment that won't do anything about it but Raise your rent, then this is the place for you.
