Since new management took over everything has gone downhill. There is loud music into the night. Dog poop everywhere. Children playing in the parking lot and leaving their bikes, skates, shoes and toys in the parking lot. Dining and living room furniture is bought out to sit in the parking lot (this includes dining chairs and tables, coffee tables, folding tables and loveseats). Multiple two bedroom apartments are housing 8 to 10 people. Visitors come to stay for months at a time. The lights... flicker every night and management has done nothing to investigate why. Maintenance (if performed) is haphazard and shotty. Dogs run loose. Police have been called to get shepherds and pit bulls running about without leashes. Parking is horrible because so many people live in one apartment. There have been car break-ins. This place is nothing like it was.

Management CONSTANTLY Changes Policies
When I first moved in 5 years ago, the place was GREAT but within the last 2 years, it has declined SIGNIFICANTLY, ever since the new management took over. The amenities they list are for show only, the pool won't open due to "safety reasons". That should say everything about this property. It's NOT safe & management doesn't care about their current tenants; only care enough to get new ones in so they can charge more & take away the amenities that draw you in.

CollierVillage is a dump
I think that this complex has gone down hill pretty fast since management has changed. The apartments are all very old, dirty, and outdated. There is no maintenance anymore. The grounds are all falling apart, fences falling down, weeds growing all over, trash laying around. The apartments are in really bad shape with original stuff in them like 70s floors, kitchen, bathroom. Everything is worn out and doesnt work right. Also, the people moving in dont look like they could pass the background... checks. Jut sayin.
