Kristin had been so easy to communicate with and very helpful!! Easy move in. Never lived in an apartment and very happy with the accommodations. Love the dog park also.

Very good maintenance experience - great communication, efficient/quality work!
Very poor office communication experience - extremely delayed responses (if at all).
Unsafe area - a lot of crime (car break-ins).

I recently relocated from Memphis to Columbia. The leasing process was smooth and the staff was extremely helpful. Crest at Arden Village is a beautiful & quiet property in a great location. I look forward to my time here!

Awesome experience so far, move-in process was great! The apartment is clean and everything feels nice and new! The staff has been very helpful so far and we have had no issues.
