I renewed my lease ONLY because I was promised this dump will get better but nothing has been repaired or remodeled and it only gone down hill even more it a dump !!!!

Our lease renewed... (Verified Renter)
Our lease renewed with a very high rental rate, and there was no ability for me to negotiate. It went up 24 percent, which for us amounted to an annual increase of $5,000. That was disappointing for us, even though we understand that we had given a 60 day notice, and then our plans to purchase a home fell through and that allowed for the drastic increase.

Great place. Great location. Excellent staff managing place. Safe. Friendly wonderful emails on upcoming events! The cons are. Limited parking since a few cars never move. No elevator. Electric bill is extremely high. Hallways are very dirty including stairway.
