Everybody’s been friendly. They are pretty open to chatting about just moving in and where they moved from. People have been courteous with sound levels and helpful with nearby information with restaurants and other local areas

Banner has been such a warm welcoming experience. This is a very nice place that is truly family and dog friendly. The dog park is spacious enough that our lab can run and play with us or any new friends he meets. We have noticed that phone calls and maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. We love it here.

It’s a nice community and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym equipment is all brand new and great. Adding a barbell would be nice but overall a very nice place to stay. Very close to station camp schools and Hendersonville.

I could not be any happier. I have been looking forward to my move in date for several months. Everyone from the leasing office to the Superintendent has exceeded my expectations and made my move a very pleasant experience. The apartments are modern, spacious, beautiful and updated with everything you will need. You only need to bring a coffee maker and a can opener. Looking forward to exploring all that Banner at Westfield offers...

I love living at Banner! My apartment is so roomy and a rarely hear anyone. The pool is lovely & I enjoy the variety of machines in the workout room. Maintenance has been quick with any issues, though there have been few. The area is nice and quiet. Everyone in the office has been so kind and caring about my experience here! Excited for the fun community activities we have coming up :)
