I’ve lived here for 4 years and the staff has been great the last 2-3 years once Ms. Maria and Me. Joe teamed up. They are an awesome pair. This is now home for me. I love this place.

Love the office staff
Even though I did not rent an apartment with them, the front office staff was so personable and friendly. Maria kept on contact with me throughout the entire process and made sure I've would be able to move into the apartment. I did not move did to job plans changed. If it had not been for this I would be a resident.

Excellent Apartments
I'm thrilled to share my 5-star experience with this exceptional community! The front office team consistently goes above and beyond, providing friendly and efficient service. Their helpfulness adds a welcoming touch to the entire living experience.
Equally impressive is the maintenance team. The maintenance man addresses issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a swift resolution to any concerns. It's truly comforting to know that things get fixed in a timely manner, contributing to a... stress-free living environment.
Furthermore, the landscaping here is impeccable. The attention to detail and the well-maintained outdoor spaces enhance the overall aesthetics of the community, making it a joy to come home to. I highly recommend this place for its outstanding service and beautiful surroundings!

Noisy all the time!
Sirens constantly at all hours. Air traffic to the hospitals. Other tenants can be very loud. I had to call JPD 3 times and spoke with the on site security officer who was JPD. He couldn’t fix the parties in the parking lot. Trash left in parking slots constantly. Water turned off 4 or 5 times in a year for repairs. Flooding of my apt by others 5 times. No compensation for the extra towel washing in my own machines using my own power and supplies! The tenants behind me caused a patio scrub fire.... The tenant across from them came to my door, I called the fire dept and used my own big extinguisher to put it out. The office ladies were watching, smiling, giggling. I walked right over in their faces and I told them loudly This IS NOT funny and you owe my an extinguisher and I left it at their feet. They just walked off. The fire was caused by the guy smoking then throwing the butts in the dryer out bushes. Soooo much other crap went on you wouldn’t believe me!
