Nice place.
Rooms are nice and decently spacious. Soundproofing isn't perfect between rooms, but with doors closed it isn't really an issue even if someone is playing music. You'll hear it in the common area, but whatever.
A tad confusing to walk around in.

This is a chill place to live. There is no guest parking which is a down side to living in the apartment. Convenient living to a food hall which is helpful for a late night snack.

We do understand how having very limited amount of guest parking spaces can be frustrating, but we always want to ensure we are giving our parking spaces to our residents... first as those spots are also limited. I have enjoyed staying at the Davy. It is very convenient to everything and walking distance to campus. The rooms and appliances are new and nice. The courtyard and the weight room are great amenities as well.
