Very nice units and great location
Been here a year and just renewed for another. The good outweighs the bad and this is overall one of the better communities around Nashville.
The good: great units, well built and high quality for the price. The parking is ample and easy, and the pools and public area are well maintained and very nice. The people who work in the office are all very friendly and knowledgeable (several of them live in this community) and the neighbors are friendly for the most part. Also - we are in a great... location at the intersection of 40 and 109 - easy access to downtown, the airport, and a lot of shopping not too far away. I looked at about a dozen communities when I moved here and this was the standout. The not-so-great: Even though my building is new (2023) the halls are already dirty and no one cleans them. I am in the habit of picking up the trash that people leave on the ground: cans, water bottles, and at least once a week someone just tosses a fast food bag of litter in the parking lot or on the roads. I think this might be the case everywhere - but I would think a maintenance person cleaning the halls and the grounds might be a good idea. The same should be mentioned about dog-waste: there are great dog waste receptacles by the units but not on the trail around the community. There is often trash and there are dog waste bags on the path several times a week now.
Overall I like this place a lot and the good outweighs any not-so-good aspects and really this is one of the best places around! I plan to stay here for a few years.

very calm, clean property and good management
Since oct 2020, I have been here for 3years. Everything is so good, esopecially no noise. It stands side by I 40, we dont have any traffic noise even mid night. Always good communication between management people.

Terribly managed and staffed
The complex is nice and has great amenities. But the management and the staff are awful. They only care about money, they are extremely rude, and will shift all the blame on you when they make mistakes. Prices are going to continue to rise as well here.
