The monthly resident events are my favorite! The office puts on cute events and even did a cutest pet contest for all the community pets. Maintenance requests are always taken care of right away. The pool is kept clean, same with landscaping. Just a great place over all!!

Fantastic Staff & Apartment Complex
Moved from Florida to Tn & not use to 7 degree weather. Woke one morning with water all over kitchen floor. Office responded immediately to my maintenance request and within the hour Tom was there. Fixed problem quickly, cleaned up mess and gave wonderful suggestions for the maintenance of appliances. I’ve been here 5 months and love the place. Courtney and Layken in the office are ALWAYS patient, attentive and extremely helpful to me.(I’m 74 and not too computer literate.) They are always there... to help me. If you are looking for a nice apartment, friendly people and excellent facilities, I highly recommend this place.
