Management hospitality and professionalism are lackluster. Office hours are not held up to, and calls are rarely answered, prompting an office visit. Maintenance is unreliable, and there is a different person nearly every time, which causes problems. There are things I called in last year, that have yet to be addressed The mailbox area has opened boxes and scattered mail on the ground, which enables theft. My mail is sent to another address because of safety and privacy reasons. The asking rent... price is reasonable, but accommodations provided could improve. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a safe and nice place to make their home for an extended period of time. There are far more cons than pros. The overall property grounds are poorly kept. This may be the fault of residents more than management, but not much has been done to resolve the issue. I rate this complex a fair 2 star's at best. If improvement ensues, I'll be more than happy to rate higher.
