The staff is exceptional in their ability to meet the needs of their tenants . My son thoroughly enjoys visiting the office to interact with them. We have been here almost two years.

The property is expansive, well cared for and the buildings and apartments are excellent. But the staff was even better than that. I was looking for an apartment due to an unfortunate life change and therefore was under a bit of stress. Some apartments are only nice and professional when they are trying to get you to move in. Centennial Gardens never disappoints . I can call them and no matter what, they're going to assist. Cassidy has been an amazing leasing agent and she will always be sure that you are taken care of. I have been here almost 4 months and I'm still glad that I chose CG.

Stepping into my 2nd time leasing period at Centennial Gardens Apartment and it's been so far great experience in terms of infrastructure & maintenance support! Especially Casidy part of the leasing office team had made the 2nd year transition to new rental apartment process a breeze :-) She is well aware of the process and assisted me in all aspects of onboarding into the new rental apartment.
