Me and my girlfriend moved in about 6 months ago and right off the bat issues occurred like our door knob being broke and the hallway light to the rooms dangling after being hit by a door. No one comes to fix these issues as stated in other reviews. We have filed work orders for these issues and have even been told they will be fixed. On top of things just being broke the management tends to change the rules of the property. For example, the indoor gate parking is reserved for residents only but... when we originally chose this place we were both allowed to park inside the gate. I say this because even though I live here since my name wasn’t put on the co-sign they will not let me park inside the gate. I wouldn’t be so bothered by this if they worked with us but they didn’t and even went as far as towing my vehicle. Also note that if you have family or friends visiting guest parking is only available to them for 24-48 hours and after this alotted time your vehicle will be towed. For everyone reading this please save yourself the hassle of being tricked into moving into this place.

Great apartment
Overall my experience so far has been a positive one and I’m very happy with my apartment. The apartment has been updated nicely and I receive compliments from everyone who comes over. It’s a great suede for a small family or someone like me who has a pet but travels too much for work to maintain a house. The area is pretty nice and I really like having the golf course on two sides. A few small issues, primarily with the quality of the renovations. Most of the work is good or decent, the main... complaint is old window panes being left on the exterior so I’m unable to open the window for fresh air. Additionally the floors in the halls weren’t installed completely correct or the doors need some work because the front doors don’t close all the way but they are working on it. Other than those two relatively minor issues the apartment is fantastic and very spacious. Neighbors are quiet and most are respectful of the property. Definitely recommend!
Also Taylor in the leasing office is amazing!

RUN
I moved in Feb 2024. We’ve had 3 managers in 3 months. Yes, they have been renovated but they just slapped paint on very messily. Barely any outlets work. Only 1 for the kitchen works properly. Over the last 5 weeks, I’ve been trying to get my family member who lives with me access to the gate via an app. Management can’t seem to get it right. I have now lost my high paying job because I had to constantly stop working to let them in remotely. This has been a complete nightmare. A few weeks... after moving in there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Now other parts of the ceiling in the kitchen have been falling apart. There have been so many trespassing kids using the pool that residents aren’t able to use it. – A REAL RESIDENT

Haha! Don't let the new management fool ya!
What a joke! These people are awful and do NOT care about the people that live here nor do they care about our safety! Need something done? Good luck! No air? Haha! Mold? Hope you like it! Overpriced amenities you can't even use? No security? Bugs? Sure come live here! Oh, and Rachel is the rudest person here. This place is awful!!!!!

WORST APARTMENTS EVER
The apartment and location is nice.l, but if you have any issues nothing will be fixed. The pool is green, literally looks like a swamp. Our dishwasher has been broken for 6 months and never even been looked at.
