Advertise pool for the tenants pool has not been available for the tenants. Parking is horrible. Office and staff members are rude and confrontational. Units are out dated and repairs are often not done properly. Mail room not secured

Horrible
If you want to live a painted over mildew and mold infested home then be my guest. Maintenance is horrible, "emergencies" are never handled as an emergency. When you call the office, there is one girl who answers and her favorite response is always "I'm not sure" and the person who is in the office who does know the answer to things is never in the office(or at least that's what they say. I have had SEVERAL issues with mildew and mold in my apartment and maintenance has only come out ONCE in the... years I have lived here. The neighbors are quiet and nice, parking is never an issue anymore now that a few neighbors have moved out. There is always an unsafe feeling because there is a gate and a mini guard shack at the entrance of the apartments and the guard shack is collecting spider webs and the gate is always open. What is the point in having a gate that doesn't work? There has been absolutely no renovations to the apartments but yet prices have gone up. Apartments need to do better, fr.

These apartments are the worse!
Don't ever move here. Do not waste your application fees. I sincerely hate the day I signed my lease nothing but problem after problem. Maintenance sucks only because they are not allowed to replace what's wrong but only patch up what's wrong. There's a big hole in my upstairs master bedroom, you think they care. My oven caught on fire, it's been three days, have not got another one. I pray whoever read this go another way. I wish someone had written a review like this before I moved. To top it... off, the apartment flooded before I moved in, do you think I was informed before move in? No
