Molded , bed bugs , management bad smart mouth people office needs adjustment & apartments needs remodeling .!!!!

Highly DO NOT Recommend

These apartments are horrible I definitely do not recommend especially if you have children. Maintenance do not fix anything and if they do they not doing it correctly they used tape and cardboard instead of fixing my air correctly and taped the pipes to fix the heat. Before that it was blowing out carbon monoxide and i have a toddler in here! They have leaking pipes , my entire living room was flooded , washing room was flooded and bathroom. They painted over the tubs and everything is just... terrible. I can not wait til my lease is up because this is horrific, they do not try to help you at all in the office they just all around TERRIBLE APARTMENTS.

do not move in

I’ve only been here 3 months and maintenance is terrible. I have constantly called the office about my heat not working, and the communication is bad. Not to mention I have a recent problem and was told someone would be there the next day and no one came and I tried to follow up with the emergency number and didn’t get a call or text back. Will definitely be moving when my lease is up. They suck

Do Not Move In

VERY bad ant/roach problem. Horrible Management , horrible maintenance , mold , leaking ceilings , raccoons , pot holes , not living conditions

Horrible

Run Run FAST!! These apartments are run down from roach infestation, leaking pipes, pot holes and not to mention they do not take the proper cleaning measures when old tenant moves away. Highly don’t recommend
