While I enjoy the location of my apartment in proximity to MTSU, I have a major pest control problem that has still not been addressed since I moved in in January. My apartment has been sprayed numerous times, yet I continue to find adult, juvenile, and nymph cockroaches. They are in my kitchen on countertops, in my pantry amongst dishes, and all over my bathroom. I occasionally find them near my bedroom and on my living room walls. It is absolutely disgusting and I am very disappointed in the... services offered by pest control.

My time as a tenant at the cove has been a very enjoyable one. The cove is a great place for college students as well as retirees. The new mgmt team is doing well.

Laundry room is dirty and only 1/4 work and they claim there working on it but still nothing same issues for years , they keep raising the prices on rent and fees and prices on laundry , they open the pool only for 4 weeks then closed back up , it swamp green then they used a bunch of chlorine to clean it , never drained the water for past 3 years at least

Laundry room is are only amenities and it doesn’t work properly half the washer work and out of 12 dryers only 3 work and they raised the prices also to use them. The rent and fees are raised and ridiculous

New management is very friendly and professional. If we ever have a problem it gets fixed right away. New improvements makes the property look better
