Lived here for 3 years and I loved it! But I also needed to rent a storage unit because the 1 bedroom apartments are just too small. Biggest issue was cost of lease renewal. It was high. Over 3 years it went up 30%. I was sad to leave but I couldn't justify the cost. The manager and staff are top notch!!

I rented at a brand new apartment complex when I lived in Florida, and I thought they were the standard… until I got to Parc at Murfreesboro.
Many times, a leasing office is there to get you to sign the lease and then they are done with you. NOT HERE. They wave, they smile, they respond to texts and messages, and even if it isn’t their area of responsibility, they help anyway. The management and maintenance staff are the friendliest and most responsive I’ve ever worked with. The complex is... clean- and at any given time of day you’ll see maintenance staff puttering around the complex, always being proactive.
Finally, the community is quiet. I just love living here. If you’re undecided between Parc and another apartment complex, pick Parc. You won’t be disappointed.

I moved here in October 2024, and I have yet to see any bugs, had any maintenance issues, or have any issues with residents/ staff. Everything is very nice, and I’m not worried about safety here!

Lena has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire application process. She answers all of my questions, no how matter how small. She's been a huge part in making me feel at ease, when moving is, let's face it - stressful. This place is UNMATCHED! I had such a seamless move in process and here are my highlights!
- no hidden fees, this was big for me because I feel like a lot of places sell you on a price and when you move in your face planted with extra fees everywhere.
- you get what you pay for, and I mean this in a positive way. I know everything is so expensive nowadays but at least here, the price makes sense with everything the community has!
- the staff is truly amazing. Everyone has been so friendly and... inviting and honestly you don’t get that much anymore.
So so happy to call Parc home!!
