This place is UNMATCHED! I had such a seamless move in process and here are my highlights! - no hidden fees, this was big for me because I feel like a lot of places sell you on a price and when you move in your face planted with extra fees everywhere. - you get what you pay for, and I mean this in a positive way. I know everything is so expensive nowadays but at least here, the price makes sense with everything the community has! - the staff is truly amazing. Everyone has been so friendly and... inviting and honestly you don’t get that much anymore. So so happy to call Parc home!!

Love living here!
Truly an incredible complex run by even more impressive staff. Maintenance is always on top of their game even with the crazy southern weather we experience, and even when things break or go out of service their communication and dedication to finding solutions rapidly is always appreciated. Caty, Lena, Niki and of course Alanah are always so pleasant and professional every time I come to the office. Aaron, Zach, and Dawson do a phenomenal job and show dignity and respect to everyone. I love... living here, not just for the beautiful amenities but the beautiful people that keep Parc the BEST!

So helpful and informative!
I just got approved here recently and I have to say it has been so seamless! They walked me through everything and were very transparent so I always knew exactly what to expect. Everyone was so helpful and made it an easy decision. The property alone is beautiful and I loved the built in shelving that's available in some of the units. Excited to move in soon!

Love it!
We have been living here for two months and I love it, yes there is construction but it goes on when I am at work so it doesn’t bother me. I love the area too! They are very accommodating and helpful, Haley is the best consultant. She is so nice and helpful and is just so sweet!

New Community Manager is Awesome
Anna is the new community manager at the Parc at Murfreesboro and she really took good care of me without going into details. We have renewed our lease for another 6 months, due to our house still being built. Love the new management, but hate my neighbors. I would've given a 5 star rating, but the apartments aren't insulated well at all.
