-My apartment flooded 5 times in my 2 years -I had a number of items damaged in the flooding -maintenance told me "This building just has plumbing issues" -Maintenance and leasing staff are very kind and helpful -Trash piles up like a giant, smelly mountain at least once a week -Juanita is unhelpful and rude -They will make up reasons why you cannot have your deposit back with no proof

Absolutely not
I have lived here for several years and it keeps getting worse everyday. Why do I stay? I have no idea. They have been nothing but rude and have had several people either quit or stop showing up. Which makes sense. But they hire someone new almost every day because it's always somebody different in the office. And they will all tell you something different because the manager is always in quote "meetings all day" And don't even get me started on the manager. She is very unhelpful and unwilling... to help. The maintenance people except one of them are literally incompetent and can't fix anything. Our air conditioner was raising the electric bill up to ridiculous prices and they got them out there more than twice in a row and it took one maintenance guy which I think he was the main one to come out for it and he fixed it 5 minutes flat. Why did it take so long? I don't know. Don't waste your time or money. I moved out quickly and I would rather live in my car than live there.

Just getting settled in:
Trying to find a place and dealing with managers I’ve got say Kayla was by far the best. Very helpful and informative. Apartment was super clean, very pleased so far.

Awful
Quite honestly this complex was never kind to us, but we wanted to move out of our current situation and this place had some available. These people are just plain rude. The two girls in the office are both rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. They each will tell you two different things and get mad when you send what they ask. There has been attitudes over voicemail and email and quite frankly, it’s not worth it. If this is how they are treating us before we sign a lease, I... can’t imagine how rude they will be once we live there. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. There are better places in Murfreesboro.

Do I even have to give them 1 star?
Where do I begin... In the first 6 months we had to have our washer completely replaced, our water heater completely replaced, one of the toilets worked on twice, and our dishwasher worked on twice. Now in the past 2 months we've been dealing with ants. At first we had them in the guest bedroom. I called twice and they supposedly sprayed 3 times and the ants still didn't go away. It took me going to Walmart and buying a $3 can of Raid to get rid of them. Well we just got back from a 4 day... vacation and our entry way and kitchen was COVERED in ants. No food was left out. No trash was left out. No reason for our apartment to be swarming with ants. I called the office and they tried to brush it off by saying the pest control people would be here the next day. I told that someone needed to come out today! So a maintenance worker came and sprayed here and there, and of course we still had ants crawling everywhere when he left. He reassured us that pest control would be out tomorrow. I'm sorry I realize that appliances go out and have issues and in the spring there are bugs but in any house I've ever lived in neither my parents nor I have had so many problems in such a short span of time and for them to just brush it off is unacceptable. I would never recommend this complex to ANYONE! EVER! They claim to be luxury but are as out dated as my dads house that was built in 1995. Absolutely ridiculous!
