Application - $50.00 per adult - Background check, rental history credit check is mandatory for each adult, 18 older)

2. No prior evictions or housing judgments
3. Satisfactory criminal record
4. Debt to income ratio including rent must be less than 50%
5. Work History - 2 years with no interruptions

SECURITY DEPOSIT CRITERIA:
Credit Score - 600+ One Month\'s Rent deposit.
Credit Score 550 - 599 - Deposit = 2 X Rent
Credit Score 500-549 = 3 x Rent or Qualifying Guarantor plus 2 x Rent
Credit Score - 499 below - DENIED.
No Credit Score - 2 X Rent
