I’ve lived here since August 2022 and have never had any issues. If I need something fixed they are on it. Staff at the office are always very nice and helpful.

The staff here is outstanding.. been here since 2015 . Maintenance staff (James and Calvin) are exemplary. Timely in the response to service request .James came for a non emergency late in the day and replaced garbage disposal which was leaking. He also removed old and placed everything back under the sink. Which is outstanding especially when you are a senior citizen. Calvin also responded to another request quickly.

Would not want to live anywhere else. Office staff is attentive and... concerned for our well being.

Management doesn't exist. The manager is a good liar but could not help you when problems arise.

I have been a resident of Brentwood Downs over 10 yrs. By far it is the best apartment around, the staff makes you feel like family, very professional, they go out of there way to help when you need it. EMILY is part of that staff she has been with the complex a long time, always friendly and very professional, an outstanding employee. Zonia with management made my move in from out of town a smooth transition by going above at beyond at every level. She answered all questions I had quickly and with great detail and she even thought of things that didn’t come to our minds. The units themselves are very well kept and I couldn’t be happier with my space and the service provided so far. Thank you Zonia!
