If I could, I would not give this place any stars. This place has car break-ins and robberies almost every week. A resident's apartment on the 3rd floor was broken into and his TV among other items were stolen. Living alone I do not feel comfortable being on the property outside of my apartment after 7pm. Multiple trespassers have been seen with guns as well as shootings happening the street over. You can not even get legal involved to help break your lease because they have a statement that it... is not the leasing companies responsibility for the resident's safety, seems that they knew they could be liable so they made this statement protecting themselves. Separate the alley from the complex, put up a gate, and have security monitoring the gate from 5pm-5am. Having patrol coming by 2 times a night and telling you to call non-emergency police instead of coming on property defeats the purpose.

Do not live here
This is the most unorganized place I have ever lived in. They were open for 11 months before opening their utilities. You’re water bill is $80 pr more each month when other local residents are paying max $30. You pay your water to the apartment and not to the water company so who knows where your money is actually going. There solution is that they don’t have one, they blame the city. Took multiple car break-ins before they hired patrol. They give you a rent credit but multiple people haven’t... seen it or it isn’t as much as originally stated. Homeless people sleeping under steps of building. Dog poop throughout the property. Management only goes around the buildings when they are touring. Do not let them sell you on the fact that it’s a new apartment complex bc you will get stuck in a 15 month lease. Could be a red flag that they have been open 14 months and still have 20% or more vacancies
