We like it here overall. The events that the office hosts aren’t usually things to do, which is a bummer. The collaborations with local businesses are okay, but movie nights aren’t worth what I pay in rent. The staff is mostly helpful. Some of the concierges aren’t able to answer simple questions. I’ve received emails about picking up my packages or they’ll be sent back… I didn’t have any packages at that time. Unnecessary worry. The hallways have stains all over the carpets, and the concierge... seemed annoyed when I told her about it. Overall not worth the money to live here

I moved into Modera Gulch a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartments are modern and well-designed, the amenities are excellent, and the location in the Gulch is perfect—everything I need is nearby. The staff is great, and the whole experience has been awesome. Highly recommend it.

Overall I really enjoy living here. Friendly staff and I enjoy my unit.
Make sure if you give a referral they write it down somewhere. I referred my friend and they told me she went through a locator. She did not and she told them verbally I referred her. They said they would correct it and I still haven’t received it.
There were a few sloppy mistakes in set-up. For example, I have writings on my countertops that they forgot to remove before I moved in.
