From the initial tour to the lease signing process it’s all been smooth and hassle free.
The unit I wanted got taken within hours so I was squeezed in the next day to view new units available. I was then worked with to accommodate my dates and move in

I love the Modera! The parking stresses me out but the maintenance is absolutely amazing!! Also, the printer situation could definitely use some work.

It has been absolutely fantastic, everyone from the concierge to the leasing staff and the maintenance crew. The facilities are beautiful and centrally located to the best part of town.

Everyone has been so helpful with the move-in process and I love my new home! The space is the perfect size for me and my roommate. The safety features in the apartment and all of the amenities are amazing!

We really do love living here. The rooftop dog park is a game changer…the gym is great…..staff are friendly….and the partner itself is perfect.
