Pre- move in: Marcia was very helpful through the process and communicated promptly. Very pleasant!
Move-in: Van gave me a warm welcome and showed me everything I needed to know. Apartment was recently renovated. Has new paint, new floors, well maintained appliances. Bathroom recently resurfaced.
New resident experience: I've met a couple of the residents, and they were very kind and welcoming.
Seems to be close to everything!

Marcia is very sweet and made the process quick and painless. My unit was nice and cozy with plenty of space and brand new appliances and cabinets. A good place to live in the East Nashville area

The application process was incredibly easy and the move-in experience was pretty great, the lady in the leasing office was able to work with me on changing moving dates as well as messaging me with any probes that came up! So far the apartment is pretty modern and there’s no loud neighbors as well!

The process to apply for Roberts Park apartments was super efficient and was a very pleasant experience. I am going to be new to the East Nashville area and wanted to live in a good affordable area and neighborhood. When talking with Marcia and asking her questions about the application process and apartment details, she was super helpful. I am excited to move in and live here and everything seems very trustworthy so far!
