I love my apartment. The apartment complex has everything upgraded in each apartment new counters, new cabinets, new hardwood floors. I am really enjoying my stay. It’s very quiet has 24 hour security, It’s very clean, And the rent is cheap, considering the location close to the stadium. The office worker is very passionate about the residence and try to help in anyway. I am really having a good experience here

Such a good experience
Marcia was so helpful and helping us put in our application and get everything done quickly! The apartment was sparkling clean when we moved in and we've had no issues. The maintenance was on it the second we needed them. such a good experience!

Home Sweet Home!
The leasing office was very patient with me during the pre move in process, especially moving from out of state. I highly appreciate Ms.Marcia for helping me through the process. My new resident experience was overall amazing!

Smooth Sailing!!
Everything was so swift from the application process to move in day. We heard about the apartments on Thursday and we were moved in by that following Tuesday. Being that I am new to this experience, the landlord was very helpful and informative. She made sure I was extremely aware of what I was getting myself into and how everything would be! I’m very grateful for how sweet she was because I know I wasn’t an easy camper lol. Overall, these apartments are very lovely and great for moving in.... Also, not noisy at all I would’ve thought I was the only one living here. I love it!!
