The list of things that have happened here is too long. Unfulfilled promises, neighbors that break things, and a complex that doesn’t enforce rules.

So far so good! I’m really excited to be living here and can’t wait to see what events they host and what activities they might have in store. Also excited to use the gym as well!

Overall satisfied with my experience. We have lived here for almost a year . Rent is high but that’s everywhere in Nashville. The facility is new and the amenities are great. I like the increase in community events. The community is cool and friendly. I wish the dog owners would clean up their poop more. But for the most part no complaints.
