No pool no grill a washer/dryer that doesn’t dry well. Twofaced apartments managers and neighbors. Random cars roll through all hours of the day. Multiple car break in and smashed car windows. And inspections every couple of months.

Good place to live
For the price the apartments are great. Newly renovated with new appliances. Maintenance is quick and management is very responsive. Not that there is not typical amenities like gym or pool but it's not a problem for me. What I'd like to see is assigned parking for tenant and guest.
