I have never had a better experience with management and maintenance than I’ve had here. So far my apartment has been problem-free, but maintenance is always friendly when I see them on the property. Management has always been a text or call away to answer any questions or solve any issues! I feel very safe and cared about here. Germantown location is a huge plus being that there are lots of restaurants, a farmer’s market, and a grocery store just a couple minutes down the road! Jeffersonian is... really close off of the interstate as well so it’s a super easy drive to anywhere!

Absolutely perfect
I moved in a few months ago since I go to school nearby and it is so amazing. The landlord is so nice and genuine and responds so quickly to calls/messages. The location is perfect since I am able to walk to campus and the area is very quiet/calm. Everything in my apartment was brand new and immaculately clean. On the rare occasion that I needed work done, the maintenance team moved so efficiently to get it done quickly. I love it here and I am so happy I found it.

Great Place to Live!!!
I’ve been living at the Jeffersonian for about 2 months now and it’s been great! I feel very safe living there, it’s a close drive to everything, and it’s right next to the interstate. All of that at an amazing price as well. Would highly recommend living here. Also, Mekey is the best property manager around. He’s always available if any issues come about. 5 stars!!

Great spot!
The location is amazing - so close to downtown Nashville and surrounding colleges. Great place to live if you’re a student or just on the go. Mekey is also always available as a landlord and addresses any concerns quickly. Very convenient and easy living here, highly recommend
