This can be an all inclusive listing. Base rent... for the furnished smart home is $3,700. Our all inclusive package is $900 ($4,500 total/mo for rent) and includes:

Sitting on a gorgeous 1 acre fenced lot, you'll feel the peace that comes from having a space that's yours and yours alone. It's enough space for life to breathe.

That's just in the daytime. Watch the house come to life at night with smart solar lighting outside and smart lighting within. Have a colorful backdrop while you host the perfect family gathering or fire pit night with friends. House comes with outdoor chairs, Traeger grill & fire pit. Free wood to burn while supplies last.

Currently set up as 3 bedrooms and 1 media room upstairs with kitchen, den, living room, dining room, & sunroom on the ground floor. 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 half bath on the ground floor. All bathrooms have Swiss Madison touchless toilets. Can convert media room and/or den to bedrooms making house up to 5BR. Renter provides their own furniture for extra bedrooms.

Smart TV (excluding living room, dining room, & sunroom)
Smart Lighting (excluding sunroom)

2 of the bedrooms (Master & Yellow) have Sleep Number adjustable smart beds. Red bedroom has new mattress. All bedrooms have LED night stands and come furnished with new sheets, blankets, towels & washcloths. Pillows not provided (pillow cases are).

Top floor is controlled by a smart thermostat. It will even play music sent from your phone. Apparently thermostats do that now. Why not?

Top of the line iRobot vacuum and mop keep the ground floor clean always. Renter must provide maintenance to use.

The kitchen is made with chefs in mind. Samsung smart fridge equipped with Alexa & Bixby can do it all. Want a recommendation based on what the fridge sees inside it? No problem. Need to set multiple timers while cooking? Easy peasy. At the store and forgot if you need milk? Just look at the camera in app. Want to watch tv in the morning or the news while you cook? It does that too.

As convenient as the smart fridge is; that's just the start of what the kitchen has to offer. Equipped with tons of cabinet space, smart lighting, under cabinet lighting, Siri HomePod, and an LG commercial smart washer & dryer - This kitchen makes adulting easy. Add a dual oven setup to the mix and you'll become a dinner legend.

Garage will fit 2 cars and has space left over for storage. Shed in the back.

HUGE fenced in back yard with dog door in the kitchen allows pups of any size to run and play. Concrete runner along entire fence ensures fur babies can't dig under it. Back patio has been remodeled and is perfect for large grill outs or nightly fire pits.

Neighborhood is very safe - Great for walking. Indoor and outdoor cameras will allow you to see what is going on 100% of the time (owner used them as puppy cameras). Doors have smart locks with coded entry. No keys needed.
