This is a 2 bed one bath duplex side. It includes a stove,fridge, washer and dryer and central air and heat. It is a duplex so no smoking indoors or pets . I has a large yard that tenant has to mow. Everything is newly remodeled. It also has... unfinished basement that cant really be used for anything as it gets wet when it rains but you could get down there for say a tornado or something or to store stuff that doesn't matter if it gets damp.

I am not going to waste my time showing it to people that can't afford it or will fail the background check so I am letting this website take applications for me. It costs for this but if you pass i will credit to your deposit. A background/credit check always has to be ran for anyone that rents a property to make sure they are not a criminal or something, no exceptions.

requirements are standard in that you must be able to afford it, not be over 4 people for this rental, have stable income and no prior evictions. The credit check is not expected to be perfect but some things on it will make your fail.

water is included with this rental but tenant has their own electric and gas. Gas is required for the central heat, it has to be on even though there is a electric heater in wall also.
