I lived here for 3 1/2 years walls are thin. Windows suck. You can feel the breeze threw come in around them. Don’t don’t follow their own rules. No one picks up their dog poop. They don’t do anything about it. Hard to find a parking spot. I have to park half way across the parking lot. It’s not worth the money to live here.

Best place to live
I have lived here since 2017 at commonwealth! Not had any issues! Maintenance great team job well done ! Office staff job well done ! They are very respectful ! I had to move from 3rd to 1st floor is was a great transfer! Bottom line I love my home ! The new smell still here ! Thanks for a great TEAM @ commonwealth

Noisy Neighbors
Walls are paper thin. Occupants above us have a large dog that constantly run nonstop. Brought to managements attention and occupants were made aware yet the noises never subsided. Made aware of the noises again and still no change. Would not live here again.

Can’t Deliver
Commonwealth - Can't deliver.
Commonwealth contacted us 3 days prior to move in and informed us the current tenant has not moved out and the apartment will require repairs. They may not be able to honor the contract move in date, they promise to notify and keep us updated. We are notified the day of move in that the apartment is not ready.
Please keep in mind we have had all utilities disconnected and movers were hired. The moving company could not accommodate the change in date especially... without adequate notice.
I understand there are unforeseen challenges in life but to accept money (application fee/ background check) based upon a contract you cannot honor is breach on your part and is borderline fraud.
I suggest if you decide to roll the dice with these people, use a credit card so you can dispute their criminal actions.

I am so sorry. Thank you for your review of our community, while it does not rave about our property and staff, we always appreciate feedback and criticism that can help us improve the quality of our team. I sincerely apologize for your... disappointment in your reservation here at Commonwealth at 31. This was certainly an unusual situation that occurred and we are saddened to learn how much anger it caused you to endure. I hope you know we would never offer an apartment that we did not assume would be available. The apartment reserved was occupied when you applied during May, and upon their move out date, the occupant refused to leave. This could not have been anticipated or prepared for and I reached out to you immediately to inform you of what was going on. They were scheduled to move out Saturday June 9th, failed to leave throughout the weekend, and we contacted you on Monday the 11th, ten days prior to your move in date, to make you aware of what the status was. It is not our goal to present bad news or fail to provide someone with what was promised to them and we are sincerely sorry you had to receive this information. We are fully aware that our best is not always good enough but regardless, wanted to express our apologies and efforts put forward. I am so sorry we could not follow through with the plans made and for being unable to expedite the legal steps needed in these scenarios. It was disclosed over the phone that there can be a lengthy process involved when legal action is needed due to a resident refusing to vacate. Without being aware sooner and all other two beds being lived in, we offered a second level two bed that of course was not your preferred choice, however, it was the only option we could present. Again, this was certainly not what you wanted and not what we wanted but wanted to try and find anything available to offer you. We fully understand your reasons for cancelling the reservation at that point but again wanted to express our efforts when we were faced with a situation we could not have expected or controlled. I sincerely apologize on behalf of our entire team for the anger and frustration the situation caused you. And I am so sorry for not being able to get you moved into the apartment you had hoped for.
