New management came with better maintenance. Joey and Tim both are always busy but makes time to get things fixed when needed.

MAINTENANCE NIGHTMARE!! if I could give zero stars, I would.
I moved in last October. When signing my lease a woman who apparently lived in the unit next to the one I was moving to warned me not to flood her place because I guess her last neighbors did that. I should’ve taken that as a sign but I didn’t. A week after I moved in, water started coming out of my bathroom floor so I called the maintenance guy. When he came out, he said he didn’t know why this was happening and they would send plumbers out. Well, plumbers came out did something to stop the... water but ended up leave a whole in the wall behind my toilet which I notified maintenance about. They told me they would come fix it and never did. Two months ago I went out of town and when I came back my bathroom floor was flooded with water. I called maintenance and was told they would come out to come look at it. A week went by and I had to call two more times before someone came out to tell me that they’d have to cut a hole in my bathroom ceiling. Days went by and no one came so I made an angry call to maintenance demanding they come fix the water coming out of my floor. When I got home there was a hole in the ceiling above my shower head, ceiling material all over and in my shower and on my loofahs, then a bunch of my towels soaked on the floor and white boot prints all throughout my apartment. More days go by and the bottom of my toilet starts leaking and flooding my bathroom to which I call maintenance AGAIN but it took the guy painting another unit that I complained to to even get someone over to my place. The maintenance guy sucked up the water and I reminded him that they need to fix the hole behind my toilet and the one above my shower head. I’ve even gone to the leasing office about this. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!! So I guess my bathroom floor will continue to periodically flood and the holes in my wall and ceiling will still be there by the time my lease ends in a couple months.
