Enjoyed my stay.

Lived here almost 9 years before getting a house. Never had many issues what so ever. One roof leak that was dealt with. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of maintenance issues. $600 electric bills!!

Toured model apartment. Upon lease signing, was not allowed to see actual apartment. First day we moved in: Downstairs bathroom pocket door unusable because the tracts were needing replaced causing the top of the door to lean farther to the side than the bottom of the door. Maintenance request made. First time using kitchen sink, water poured out all over the floor. The drainpipe was broken. Husband fixed it and we Shrugged it off as an oversight. The fireplace was full of ashes from previous... owners. This was May that we moved in.... First time loading dishwasher when door was opened, it reeked from the dirty water that had been sitting in the bottom. Had to clean this ourselves. We cleaned out the ashes from the fireplace which should have been done after the moveout inspection of previous tenants. The pocket door actually never got fixed by the complex. We fixed it and did so almost 2 months after it was turned in for repair. When reported that we had fixed it, we were told that they were going to just replace it with a regular door. No attempt to compensate us for our work and the money we paid to fix the door. The model apartment had newer appliances and Tiffany told us we would have new appliances as well because they were upgrading all of them in the complex. We did NOT have new appliances. The microwave was the only thing that was new. The stove was an old electric stove that had a broken coil that pans would slide off of if you were not careful. This was not seen when looking at it, once a pan was placed it would dip down and cause a slope. Turned into maintenance, never fixed. Once we fixed the bathroom pocket door, and was able to use that bathroom, we had to clean another water leak from the bathroom sink. Sink was rusted through, and this is where the leak came from. We replaced the sink and the faucet because maintenance does not do anything. When we told Tiffany about it and that we had already fixed it, she stated that they would have fixed it had we told them.
The electric bill was almost $600 in this apartment. Turned in to maintenance. . The bills remained high throughout the time we were there. Told nothing was wrong. KWH usage was upwards of 3000 a month. Neighbor with the same setup KWH usage was less than half of ours the entire time. In January, the downstairs heater began making a loud noise, smelling of burning wire and smoking. Turned it off and alerted management. No heat downstairs for two weeks.

Parkridge Place Apartments

These apartments are extremely spacious. All the rooms are very big and there is a lot of closet/storage space. There is also a fireplace which my husband and I have appreciated so much. It makes the whole place feel much more homey. The office administrators have also been some of the kindest people I have ever dealt with! They are extremely accommodating with just about any situation. Highly recommend choosing these apartments as a possibly permanent location!
